Bookhaul July ’17

Sorry my bookhaul is so late! But there were some issues with my order from Bookdepository. Four books didn’t arrive (out of the order containing five books). Last week I arrived my order fully, so here is my bookhaul!

Last month, I ordered 9 books (all hardcovers). I ordered them from the German amazon and from bookdepository.

My order from amazon arrived first, containing these books:

  • A Court of Mist and Fury
  • A Court of Wings and Ruin
  • Lady Midnight
  • Lord of Shadows

In the same week, I got one book from bookdepository, which was A Court of Thorns and Roses. I was kinda happy this one arrived first, so I could start the ACOTAR trilogy (I know more books are coming, but those aren’t based on Feyre).

But then the issues started. I never heard from the other four books. I contacted bookdepository, who told me I should contact my local postoffice. I did, but they couldn’t help me out. Bookdepository resend the book that didn’t arrive. A week after, I got Six of Crows, with the black stained pages! I cannot wait to start this one, but I do have to finish the Grisha trilogy first.

Anyway, a few days after I got Survive the Night. This book I wanted since the day it came it. And I finally decided to buy it. So bad, I know. But it is a highly anticipated read for me!

Then, the last two books arrived: Stalking Jack the Ripper & Blackhearts. I heard a lot of stuff about the first one (Stalking Jack the Ripper), so I am very curious for that book!

So, once again, I apologize for the late bookhaul!

But what book do I need to start ASAP?
